1. What is the return policy?

  • Due to the available customization of these products, returns are not accepted. If there is a defect with your item, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can address. I am happy to work with you to find a solution to any problem. 

2. What are the shipping options?

  • Realm Laser Engraving offers a variety of shipping options. From expedited shipping to standard USPS mail services. You will be allowed to select the best option for you at check out.

3. Can changes be made once and order is placed?

  • We pride ourselves on creating your custom tumbler as quickly as possible. Due to this, we ask if there is a change that needs to be made you contact us right away. We will do our best to accommodate  any changes that are received in a timely manner. We will communicate with you throughout the process so there won't be any surprises when you receive your item!

4. When will I receive my order?

  • We quote our turn around time at 4-5 days however, generally we are able to get your order out sooner than those times. You will receive a shipping update as soon as your order is completed and ready to be shipped out!

5. Can my order be personalized?

  • YES!!! Do you want a name or special message included on your cup? Let me know if the "personalization" section and I will add it to your cup. It is helpful if you add notes on the type of font you want or any specifics you need. 

6. What if I never receive my order?

  • Please let me know ASAP if you do not receive your order. All orders are shipped with insurance and tracking will always be provided. If there is an issue, and your item doesn't arrive, we will get it replaced for you.
